CONVENIENT WAYS TO PAY
TUITION PAYMENTS


BCA uses Praxi School for all of our school and student management needs.
PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS:
- Payment in full
- 10 monthly payments due August-May
- 12 monthly payments due July-June
MONTHLY TUITION PAYMENTS:
- Tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month and are considered late after the 10th.
- Small incidentals (i.e. snack cards, materials fees, field trips, etc.) can be billed to the account and paid on the next billing cycle.
PAYMENT METHOD OPTIONS:
- Preferred Method: ACH Transfer
- An ACH transfer is a way to move money between banks without using paper checks, wire transfers, credit card networks, or cash.
- BCA uses Tuition Express®, a service of Procare, to safely and securely process tuition and fee payments.
- ACH payments will be processed on the 1st of the month (or the next business day if the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday), and no later than the 5th of the month.
- Fill out the ACH (Bank Account) section on the Tuition Express Automated Payment Form.
- There is no fee for this payment option.
- Alternative Method: Cash, Personal Check, or Money Order
- Cash, checks, and money orders can be brought to the BCA office for payment.
- There is no fee for this payment option.
- Alternative Method: Credit/Debit Card Payments
- Credit or debit card payments can be made online through My Procare or in the BCA office.
- You may also fill out the credit section on the Tuition Express Automated Payment Form for recurring credit/debit payments.
- Visa and MasterCard are the only accepted credit cards.
- There will be a 2.75% convenience fee for each credit card transaction.
PAYMENT FEES:
- If a payment is not received on time, a late fee of $50 will be charged to the account.
- The fee for a returned check due to non-sufficient funds (NSF) is $15 per check.
- If tuition payments are more than two months delinquent, your student(s) may not be allowed to return to school until the balance has been paid.
PLEASE NOTE: There will be a 3% convenience fee for each credit card transaction and a $1 fee for each ACH transaction.
