• Tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month and are considered late after the 10th.
• Small incidentals (i.e. snack cards, materials fees, field trips, etc.) can be billed to the account and paid on the next billing cycle.

1. Preferred Method: ACH Transfer
2. An ACH transfer is a way to move money between banks without using paper checks, wire transfers, credit card networks, or cash.
3. BCA uses Tuition Express®, a service of Procare, to safely and securely process tuition and fee payments.
4. ACH payments will be processed on the 1st of the month (or the next business day if the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday), and no later than the 5th of the month.
5. Fill out the ACH (Bank Account) section on the Tuition Express Automated Payment Form.
6. There is no fee for this payment option.
7. Alternative Method: Cash, Personal Check, or Money Order
8. Cash, checks, and money orders can be brought to the BCA office for payment.
9. There is no fee for this payment option.
10. Alternative Method: Credit/Debit Card Payments
11. Credit or debit card payments can be made online through My Procare or in the BCA office.
12. You may also fill out the credit section on the Tuition Express Automated Payment Form for recurring credit/debit payments.
13. Visa and MasterCard are the only accepted credit cards.
14. There will be a 2.75% convenience fee for each credit card transaction.

• If a payment is not received on time, a late fee of $50 will be charged to the account.
• The fee for a returned check due to non-sufficient funds (NSF) is $15 per check.
• If tuition payments are more than two months delinquent, your student(s) may not be allowed to return to school until the balance has been paid.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be a 3% convenience fee for each credit card transaction and a $1 fee for each ACH transaction.
